With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet has become an important learning method. All academic units in Taiwan have TANET (Taiwan Academic Network) for teachers and students to use on campus. Although Internet access per household is quite well in Taipei, it is still hoped that every student can have an opportunity to use it for self-learning after school.

The PoC project was carried out by the city government and Allwin in coordination and consultation with the team DSA-Pg.TW. It carried out a 5-day short-term demonstration in ShuangYuan Junior High in November 2016. Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) technology was used to share idle TANet with the students and teachers tested in this project after class. During the test, the quality of the network connection is stable. Users can use this network to watch HD videos on YouTube, and can also connect Taipei CooC-cloud for self-study.
