In order to meet the needs of recording and streaming for remote teaching affected by the pandemic, and potential applications of smart audio-visual campus, video conferencing and remote collaboration in the future, this project adopts existing core technology and product development, and complements the field application knowledge to propose the solution of "Digital audiovisual IoT campus."

In classrooms where schools produce digital content or need to use digital audio-visual materials, the IoT broadcast station connect and consolidate the existing equipment in the classrooms, including display, microphones, cameras, computers and networks, etc., to become an IoT application node. Integrating with the class schedule system, the station can achieve automatic scheduling of recording. Combining with the learning management system, the station offers public learning resources and cloud learning platform. It is easy to use and is compatible with the existing equipment, so that teachers will not have to change their teaching methods much. It considers both off-line on-site teaching and on-line students' participation, and breaks the barrier of time (recording can be played) and space (remote interactions and streaming). It can greatly reduce the establishment cost, and is easy to be incorporated into the regular classrooms, further helping teachers and students improve teaching and learning performance.
