Social Housing Smart Meter-An AI Enabled Big Data Analysis for Energy-Saving Empirical Project-FarEasTone
- Category:Smart Building
Status:Complete The Taipei City Government plans to have a demonstration field for a smart social housing community. The total construction expenditure has been increased by 3-5% of the budget to build smart facilities and set up "three smart meters (water, electricity, and gas meters)" to make equipment and system inside buildings achieve higher energy efficiency when in operation. It is hoped that through the use of PoC proposals, suitable vendors can be identified to assist in the AI big data analysis of smart meter data. The collection and analysis of big data for commercial use can provide various bureaus and departments and the residents in the social housing with energy-saving recommendations. This project is a collaboration with the System Integration Branch Office of Far EasTone Telecommunications. It uses smart meter data for AI-enabled analysis, provides residents with energy-conservation reminders in the form of infographics, and completes the following analysis: 1、Household cumulative electricity consumption forecast: Estimate the cumulative electricity consumption at the end of the month based on historical data, which can be used as a reference for forecast values. If the forecasted value is too high, a warning will be issued. 2、Household power consumption/power conservation ranking: Compare the cumulative power consumption or power saved with the other households with the same room type and house size, rank all households in de-identified data, and issue warnings as needed. 3、Cost-benefit analysis of demand transfer: Discuss the design of water towers and water pumps with relevant agencies and theoretically review the power conservation benefits after demand transfer.
