This project was proposed by Department of Information Technology, Taipei City Government in 2017, with the aim of providing real-time human online translation tools during international exhibitions. The goal is to create a friendly exhibition environment and service for both domestic and foreign dignitaries, and to extend the translation services beyond work-related applications to include communication in areas such as transportation, tourism, and daily life, ensuring that all visiting dignitaries feel at home in Taiwan.
