Continuation of the first phase of the Taipei IoT Experimental Platform LoRa Application: in order to continue to encourage innovation to be applied, the Taipei City Government and IoT providers continue the spirit of PoC cooperation, providing free LoRa networks and application development resources to allow innovative applications to maximize their potential on the LoRa technology platform.

LoRa is a kind of Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) communication technology with characteristics of long-distance transmission and low power consumption. The transmission distance can range from 1 to 10 kilometers, the built-in battery can be used for a long time, and the cost burden is relatively low.
