Since the opening of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in 2011, the planning and development of public spaces in Taipei have created more professional cultural venues, such as Taipei Pop Music Center, Taipei Performing Arts Center, and others. As the nearby Taipei Dome and Taipei Railway Workshop are also about to open, part of the development strategy of the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park for the next decade is expected to establish equipment to collect visitor-relevant data.

Taiwan Data Science sets up equipment to collect main data, such as the number of visitors, time spent, visiting routes, and others, and supplementary data, such as types of exhibitions visited, to summarize visitors' interests and preferences. The analysis and interpretation of data give the site operators information as a reference for space arrangement and improving the quality of public services.
