“The Taipei City Government Online Seminar on 2021 Second Calling for 1+7 Smart Cities Solutions” was successfully held.
Activity time:2021/11/02 Since 2020, Taipei City Government has started its callings for 1+7 Smart Cities solutions twice per year under the guideline of "Problems setting by the government, problem solving by the industry". The calling openly seeks innovative solutions from the private sector to help the government's related agencies deal with the problems identified. The 2021 second callingfor 1+7 Smart Cities solutions was officially open on November 1, 2021. To provide more comprehensive information for the industry stakeholders on the projects' details, the city government organized "The Taipei City Government Online Seminar on the 2021 Second Calling for 1+7 Smart Cities Solutions" on November 2, 2021. The Secretary-General of City Government Mr. Chih-Ming Chen, Commissioner Hsin-Ke Lu of the Department of Information Technology, Director Chen-Yu Lee, and Deputy Director Hsu-Yu Chang of TPMO, as well as the representatives from the 1+7 steering groups, attended the seminar physically with the Webex linking to the live broadcasting at TPMO's Facebook. The speakers presented the Taipei Smart City's Mechanism and the details of all the projects' needs and expectations. We hope to have more solutions proposed by the private sector to help Taipei City Government implementing smarter, friendlier, and more convenient practices for the citizens through this seminar.
