Smart City Innovation Verification and E-Government Case Sharing
I Purpose: i Through the concept of smart city, the introduction of the Taipei City promotion mechanism, experience sharing of POC and the Central Planning Cooperation Bureau, strengthen public officials’ understanding of the meaning of the smart city, promotion mode, and think about the possibility of future cooperation promotion. ii Through the sharing of international cases of smart government and smart cities, let colleagues in the government deeply understand the operation and process of E-government, promote E-government promotion in the government, and guide colleagues through the process of design thinking then come up with E-innovation solutions. II Time: November 6, 2018 (Tuesday) 15: 30-17: 30 III Place: Taipei City Government Conference Room N201, 2nd Floor IV Course content i E-Government and Smart City:International think tank IDC analysts are invited to share cases of global government E-ization related to the invited bureaus and conduct case studies on foreign experience. Sharing the concept of Design Thinking, guiding colleagues in the bureau to start from the perspective of design thinking, to think about the possibility of redesigning communication and service models, and to improve the efficiency of the city's E promotion. ii Smart city concepts, mechanisms, and cases:TPMO colleagues share the basic concepts of smart cities, and then through the introduction of the smart city promotion mechanism in the house and the POC case description, draw a clear outline of the smart city promotion, and invite bureaus that have cooperated with the POC case promotion and smart urban and rural proposals to share with the government internal colleagues to have a clearer understanding of the models and mechanisms for promoting cooperation. V Lecturer profile: Chiang, Fang-Yun graduated from Chung-Cheng University Master of Telecommunication, She has served in the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Inventec, and the Institute For Information Industry, and has 16 years of experience in IT industry research and consulting management. Joined IDC in 2007 and led IDC Taiwan to execute numerous corporate research programs and transnational, cross-product research. In addition, he also implements and participates in consulting services cases in Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, he also provides professional in-depth analysis and high-value research and consulting strategy recommendations to corporate C-level managers to assist their corporate planning and strategy formulation. VI Activity results: This education and training were jointly handled by the Department of Information Technology and Transportation, sharing content combined with the smart city theme promoted by Department of Information Technology, Department of Transportation’s request for E-government and design thinking issues, and the mobilized its bureaus to participate jointly. A total of 47 colleagues from eight offices were invited to the meeting. The event invited the general manager of IDC Taiwan to personally come to share and explain in detail the relevant government E-technology and smart city cases involved in this event. In the smart city part, the TPMO shares the concept of smart cities, the mechanism and cases of the city to promote smart cities, and invites the Fire and Education Departments, which have close interaction to share the experience of cooperation to stimulate the empathy of other bureaus and departments, and raise their awareness of the role of TPMO, so as to make future cooperation smoother and promote the promotion of various smart city policies or innovative promotion solutions.
