For suicide attempts or intentions, telephone or face-to-face interview are currently provided by caregiver visiting during working hours, but more protective mechanisms are needed for the groups at risk of suicide at all times. Therefore, we hope to provide 24-hour uninterrupted assistance through the high popularity and high usage of online social media limitations of time, space and manpower.


This PoC project is a collaboration between the Department of Health of the Taipei City Government and EZ-AI. Through FAQ corpus collection, algorithm model & parameter adjustment, LINE API serial simulation, etc., we establish the official Line community. When the causes and situations of suicide expressed by the user are identified by artificial intelligence after speech recognition or text semantic understanding, the  care greetings, mental health education knowledge or emergency help resources will be provided.
